Great experience! They helped me switch my car seat into the loaner car. Very thorough and great customer service from Adam.

What really stood out was their honesty and compassion. When they realized the car was unfixable, they didn’t charge me a dime for their time and effort. On top of that, they gave me the weekend to arrange to get my car off their lot, which was such a relief during an already stressful situation. A special thank you to Steve. His professionalism, kindness and genuine care made a difficult experience so much easier to handle. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and customer service these days. If you’re looking for a shop that treats you with integrity and respect, I highly recommend this Midas location. Ask for Steve — you won’t be disappointed!

The mechanic did a detailed inspection of my whole car. Found numerous items that needed fixing. Explained in details what needed to be done. Along with finding some of the issues that I was concerned about. They are very honest. All of the staff is very friendly.

Steven was very helpful and very clear about what my options were. I received 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change while I was at work. I qualified for the Midas credit card which gives me the option of 12 months interest free. In addition, the coverage provided for any future potential tire problems is great too! Great experience!

I dropped off a vehicle at Midas for a pre‑purchase inspection, and honestly, I didn’t even know Midas offered that service. I’m glad I called, because Adam picked up the phone and immediately impressed me. He was as pleasant as could be, and he knew a ton about the specific type of vehicle I was looking to buy. That alone gave me a lot of confidence in leaving it with him. Adam got me in right away and provided a clear, detailed, and well‑written inspection report. His fair pricing, professionalism, and deep knowledge didn’t just make me a customer — they made me a fan. Thank you, Adam. You’re a rare kind of person in the auto‑mechanic world, and I’m genuinely glad you’re there.
